1. Create strong, unique passwords and keep them private
Use strong passwords with at least 12 characters combining personal memory words, uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Use different passwords for each account and never share your passwords with anyone.
2. Protect your one-time passwords (OTPs)
Never share your OTPs with anyone - legitimate organisations will never ask for your OTP. These codes are meant only for you to complete your own transactions and provide crucial security protection.
